In digital marketing industry, there are many people who are working but they are lacking with the certifications, people got a good amount of experience and knowledge but promotions are delayed or slow, somewhere due to unavailability of the required set of certificates. So here comes the role of educational institutes there are many institutes which offer training to people who are working, self-employed or students. You need to do research as per your need and interest that which institute meets your requirement & then accordingly hunt for the best one.
Personally, I'll suggest starting with the fundamental course and live projects, once start working you will find an area of interest then go for specialization in your area of Interest.

You have an area of interest in Pay-Per-Click and you came to know about this later when you started working so at that moment for better career growth you will do research on course & then will pursue it once it's done start hunting for job which fits you the best by stating that "I'm Specialist in Pay-Per-Click" & it will definitely help you in getting perfect job with perfect salary.
